Mielcarek Eye Associates was founded by Dr. Lee Mielcarek, a medical and surgical Ophthalmologist, and his wife Eileen Dickson Mielcarek, a surgical nurse. The Ophthalmology practice was founded on the core belief that our patients should have their best vision for a lifetime.

Dr. Russin was educated at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and was chief resident at Wills Eye Center.
