We offer a large selection of frames, in all price ranges. We are this area's exclusive distributor of the elegant Daniel Swarovski Crystal Eyewear. Designer frames by Nautica, DKNY, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Escada, Fendi and others as well as Euro-style designs by MODO, SAKi and Via Spiga are available.

The range of cutting-edge lenses available to us is unequaled in Media. We can offer you the latest in progressive lens technology. These lenses replace the traditional lined bifocals and trifocals. Easy to use, progressive lenses utilize your natural vision for minimal head movement. There is also an array of "task specific" lenses available for those who have unique hobbies and interests.

Our latest progressive lens offering is the Definity lens from Johnson & Johnson Vision Care. It offers a wider and sharper field of vision and smoother transitions between near, far, and in-between viewing distances. Click here to read more about the Definity lens.

Every lens that we use is treated to protect your eyes from harmful UVA and UVB rays including Polaroid and sun lenses, Transitions, cosmetically tinted and clear lenses.

For your convenience we are open three evenings each week. Our hours are:

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-7pm
Wednesday and Friday 8am-4pm
Saturdays 9am-2pm (excluding July and August).

You can depend on us 24 hours a day. Our two ophthalmologists provide round-the-clock cover for emergencies. Just call 610-566-1227, and even after hours the answering service will contact one of our doctors.

From Route 1 Granite Run Mall:

• Follow Baltimore Pike EAST to MEDIA.
• In MEDIA at first light turn LEFT (north) by Wachovia Bank onto ORANGE STREET.
• Travel two small blocks to the light.
• Turn LEFT (west) onto WEST STATE STREET.
• Travel half a block to large parking lot on the right, exactly at the end of the trolley line tracks.
• The entrance to Mielcarek Eye Associates/Media Eyeworks faces the parking lot.

From Springfield Mall:

• Follow BALTIMORE PIKE, WEST across Route 476 (Blue Route) junction.
• Cross Route 252.
• At the 6th light past Route 252 turn RIGHT (north) at ORANGE STREET.
• Travel two small blocks to the light.
• Turn LEFT (west) on to WEST STATE STREET.
• Travel half a block to large parking lot on the right, exactly at the end of the trolley line tracks.
• The entrance to Mielcarek Eye Associates/Media Eyeworks faces the parking lot.

From Route 476 (Blue Route) South (Newtown Square/Main Line):

• Take EXIT 3 (formerly exit 2) towards SWARTHMORE/MEDIA, onto BALTIMORE PIKE.
• Follow BALTIMORE PIKE into MEDIA.
• Cross Route 252.
• At the 6th light past Route 252 turn RIGHT (north) at ORANGE STREET.
• Travel two small blocks to the light.
• Turn LEFT (west) onto WEST STATE STREET.
• Travel half a block to large parking lot on the right, exactly at the end of the trolley line tracks.
• The entrance to Mielcarek Eye Associates/Media Eyeworks faces the parking lot.

From I-95 Philadelphia/Airport:

• Take I-95 SOUTH to Route 476 (Blue Route).
• Take EXIT 3 (formerly exit 2) onto BALTIMORE PIKE.
• Cross Route 252.
• At the 6th light past Route 252 turn RIGHT (north) at ORANGE STREET.
• Travel two small blocks to the light.
• Turn LEFT (west) onto WEST STATE STREET.
• Travel half a block to large parking lot on the right, exactly at the end of the trolley line tracks.

From Route 1 (Media Bypass):

• Take the exit for ROUTE 252 SOUTH PROVIDENCE ROAD travel 1.5 miles towards MEDIA.
• Turn RIGHT (west) onto BALTIMORE PIKE and follow in to MEDIA.
• At the 6th light past Route 252 turn RIGHT (north) at ORANGE STREET.
• Travel two small blocks to the light.
• Turn LEFT (west) onto WEST STATE STREET.
• Travel half a block to large parking lot on the right, exactly at the end of the trolley line tracks.
• The entrance to Mielcarek Eye Associates/Media Eyeworks faces the parking lot.
