Lee Mielcarek, Jr., M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Lee Mielcarek is the founder of Mielcarek Eye Associates, a comprehensive eye care center. A skilled surgeon, Dr. Mielcarek maintains professional associations with many of the local hospitals.  He continually expands his expertise in emergency eye care technology and procedures through extensive training and participation in professional associations. Active in the community he makes frequent presentations to civic and professional groups. Dr. Mielcarek has developed a unified team of skilled professionals who share his commitment to provide the highest quality vision care to patients in a comfortable atmosphere.

Dr. Mielcarek completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania and received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College.

Dr. Melvin Roat is an experienced and caring comprehensive board certified ophthalmologist. Dr. Roat specializes in dry eyes and cataract surgery. He has more than 50 publications and is on the teaching staff at Wills Eye Hospital.

Ines Casado-Strine, O.D.

Dr. Ines Casado-Strine received her B.S. in Visual Science and her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Casado-Strine is a contact lens specialist who has provided pre- and post-surgical care for refractive and cataract patients at Mielcarek Eye Associates since 1996.
